BlackBerry Magnum Hands-On Video Shows Touchscreen

A little over a week ago we saw the leaked images of the BlackBerry Magnum. For those who may not know, the Magnum is the precursor to the upcoming BlackBerry Dakota. The Dakota will be a hybrid device sporting a tactile SurePress touchscreen (like the Storm series) along with a physical QWERTY keyboard in a Bold 9000/9700 frame.

There was a good bit of controversy spreading on whether or not the first images of the Magnum were fakes. To clear the air and set it straight, The Cellular Guru has released the video above. While the the device doesn't have an OS loaded you can still get a general idea of the feel and functionality of the Magnum.

Leaked BIS 3.0 E-mail Interface Screen Shot

Our good friends over at BBNews.pl followed up with the recent BIS 3.0 info we leaked by getting their hands on a screen shot of the new e-mail interface for BIS 3.0.  From what we can see it appears to be much more simplified. We eagerly anticipate the release of BIS 3.0 in March, which will have better e-mail support and other great features.

Additional BIS 3.0 Features Leaked

Thanks to our connect, we can share further information on the upcoming 3.0 update in March to BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS).
